What to Expect

We are thrilled that you are considering joining us for Sunday morning worship. Below are some common questions which those who are joining us for the first time may have.

What is the Sunday services like?

Our Worship service, an energetic worship experience, begins 11:00 am . The music is a combination of contemporary and traditional songs. It includes fellowship time and special music performed by soloists. We love to give everyone, who wishes, a chance to use their God given talents to worship the Lord. Afterwards, our Pastor delivers an inspirational, relevant message and then presents an invitation to all present an opportunity to come forward and receive Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savoir or to ask for the Lord’s forgiveness of sins.

How should I dress?

You’ll find our members dressed in everything from casual wear to suits, with younger members preferring more casual attire. Please wear whatever you find more comfortable for worship. We care much more about your presence than what you are wearing.

What about my children?

Nursery, Is provided with workers who will care for your children ages 0-3 years old with an age appropriate curriculum. Children learn about God’s Word and how it applies to their lives through a variety of learning activities, including Bible stories, activities, games, and crafts.

Children of all ages are, of course, welcome in worship service as well.

Where should I go?

For directions to the church, please see our Map and Directions page.

As a first time guest, please enter into the sanctuary through the double doors at the front of the building. A bulletin outlining the service schedule is on the table located near the door that opens into the sanctuary. If you will be attending our worship service, please take a moment to record your visit by filling out one of the Connection Cards located in the back of the seats throughout the sanctuary and place it in the collections plate. These Connection Cards will be used so that we may keep in contact with you and give you a way to find out more about our church community.

Will I be singled out as a visitor?

SanctuaryWe know that visiting a new church for the first time can be an exciting experience. We’re a friendly church, and you’ll be joyfully welcomed by our greeters at the door, and by our members during the fellowship time in the worship services. We’d love to keep in touch with you after your visit, so please be sure to fill out a Connection Card and place it in the offering plate on the table located near the door that opens into the sanctuary before you leave.
