Donald Thomas, Pastor
I am the 5th of six sons of the late Rev. James M. Thomas and Mrs. Mary E. Thomas of Buffalo, New York. My wife Jane and I are blessed with two sons, Donald II and David Noah. I am presently employed full time as a professional driver while also serving as the Pastor of the Vinings First Baptist Church. I also lead a Small Group Bible Study class.
I’m a graduate of the Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary of Cordova, Tennessee with a Masters of Divinity Degree and a graduate of the Clarkson College of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
The Lord has blessed me to serve in numerous capacities of Christian ministry. Other areas of Christian service have included: an Extension Seminary Bible School Instructor, Association Moderator, Church Minister of Music, Adult and Youth Sunday School Teacher, and Church Youth Director.
I love the Lord and enjoy the fellowship of God’s children.
